This page collects all downloadable resources for Proton AI Core, including hardware documentation, USB drivers, and firmware assets. Whether you need the board schematic for a custom PCB integration, a CAD model for enclosure design, or the correct USB driver for your operating system, you will find everything here.
Download links will be published here as hardware documentation is finalised. Check back soon, or contact support@protonverse.io to request a specific resource ahead of publication.

USB Drivers

Most modern operating systems detect Proton AI Core automatically, but on some systems you will need to install a USB-to-UART bridge driver manually. The USB-to-UART chip used on Proton AI Core is To be confirmed (either CP210x or CH340). Download the appropriate driver for your chip below — if you are unsure which chip your board uses, try the CP210x driver first.

CP210x VCP DriverWindows / macOS / LinuxDownload from Silicon Labs
CH340 DriverWindows / macOS / LinuxDownload from WCH
macOS 10.14 and later and most Linux distributions include the CP210x and CH340 drivers as part of the operating system kernel. You typically do not need to install anything manually on those platforms. See the Driver Installation guide for full instructions and troubleshooting steps.
